XBox360 Slim can't power on, fan cooling always on, no leds

Hi everyone,

My dear old XBox 360 Slim has a big problem. Since two months i can't power on the console.

When i plug in the power supply it shows a green led (on the inverter), but nor green neither red leds are active on the console, the power on button is useless as the optical drive eject button and the controller pairing button. The only thing that the
console do is the fan cooling that is on as soon the power supply is plugged in.

I have no clue how to resolve this.

If power supply idea doesn't work or if u want to skip it to another idea before the purchase of power supply send it to repair via eb games they saved my skin.

Have you tried another power supply to see if that's the culprit? If it still does what you describe then the console needs repaired or replaced.

Sounds like it is either time to set it up for a repair or replace it with and Xbox One.
