xbox360 repair order submitted but no confirmation email yet

I hope someone can help me...Yesterday, I submitted repair order for my xbox360, but I have yet to receive confirmation email with instructions on how to send it back to Microsoft via FedEx. I chatted with Jeff yesterday and was informed I need to wait
up to 24hrs before receiving email. Is it really necessary to wait that long before receiving the email? Also, does anyone know the difference between choosing "printing a shipping label" vs "shipping via FedEx"? Thanks!

How to send Xbox one S for repair

My Xbox one S is broken. I placed order for the repair, waiting for confirmation email for instructions how to send it microsoft for last 3 days but didnt get any yet.

Either way you'd need to print the label that they provide as it has the repair order number on it. If you have not received the email to the address associated with your gamertag (be sure to check your spam folders) then you can print the label from the
Repairs page.

The only thing I can reprint on the repair order page is the order receipt, which only shows the order number, console serial number and amount I paid.

That is weird. I think you may have to contact phone support again to see if they can send the label then.

Hi Mateus,

Thanks for the advice, I have this evening raised a order to return and repair it under warranty, i paid extra for quicker delivery, but the payment conformation hasn’t arrived yet on my email with postage details and says the order is pending although payment has been taken. I assume that the email may just come a bit later, but can you confirm this is the case?
