Xbox360 Region change

So i am living currently in switzerland and my account is based on switzerland wich does not support the reward system since switzerland is in between the EU but not in the EU. I have been reading loads of topics and basicly only lands that have a certain
amount of request ergo meet the requirements get integrated into this program. But its not about that that i want to talk its about the fact that if you choose to switch reasons in believe that one might be able to participate in this live reward system one
will only fail miserably. Since one has to be in the country he/she switches itself to actually be able to use this. Now i am stuck in a 3 month period of waiting, buying games in wich i am unable to buy dlcs for because the credits for the store that i bought
cant be used. I would have to travel to that country, buy the credit there so i can charge my acount with money to buy stuff. So here is my problem, i want to get switched back to my default region so that i can spend money on the products that i want to.
And i dont believe that one has to wait 3 months for this to heapen, having to miss out on offerts and dlcs and many other things that people get a three months head start already. One example is buying battlefield 4 and getting premium 3 months lather beeing
able to buy it having the money for it but not beeing able to buy it because of this system glitch...
