    I've used my XBox360 3 times and then it would not power on. I've logged a call through the support telephone line and followed up several times. It took a month for the console to be replaced. I've indicated that I believe it is the power supply - that
    was shipped as well. My power supply has been shipped back separately and still the console is not powering on. I've tried to speak to someone through the chat line, but the fields are greyed out to update my name and surname and can therefore not start the
    chat. The telephone line was very frustrating as it was attended to by someone outside of South Africa that could not tell me where my order was in the process. I have bought this expensive toy and it seems that there is no way to get proper support or talk
    to someone and take it somewhere you know where to find it again. It literally took me 2 weeks to locate my power supply. My disc has disappeared that was in the old console - I was informed on mail that I should contact the MSFT line again and log a new call
    and perhaps request a refund. Did anybody else experience these type of problems and where did you go with them to resolve the faulty console / accessories please.

    Just tried that but it's not working. I can select the replacement power supply but after clicking next get an error message, An error occurred. Please try again.

    Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but you will not get any help with that here. Its against the forum rules to discuss system tampering or self repair. The best thing to do at this point is to replace the controller altogether via the service centre or
    your local relevant retailer.

    The only difference is arcade has 20gb hard drive so if you get another 360 console you can simply plug your hard drive in . But the 360 slim line does have a different size hard drive so the older console hard drive is not compatable but you can buy a transfer
    cable to put data from your older hard drive onto the new slimline console.
