xbox360 madden 15 Playing vs Simulating

How do I get a simulated game to closely compare to a game I play against the AI?

I've tried everything I could think of to make my franchise team play as close to my style while in simulation mode as when I actually play the game. I set up the offensive and defensive playbooks and the team follows them maybe 80-85 percent of the game.
That's not bad but the real problem is timing. I set the accelerate play *** to 20 seconds and will typically run each play with the remaining time between 5-10 seconds. Even in All-Madden mode I routinely use 6-8 minutes on a sustained drive. Even in a closely
contested game I rarely if ever have less time of possession than the AI. However, when simulating games a "long" drive is maybe 3 minutes, and I almost always have less time of possession than the AI. How can I get the simulated game play to slow down? It
should be noted, that when I play, I typically use the play that appears from my game plan. I set the coach mode to ON, and will let the players, including the QB, make their own plays. So I'm basically "coaching" my team and not controlling them. With this
in mind, there should be little difference between me playing the game and simulating the game. Right? But this is not the case, as I described earlier. I enjoy using the franchise Owner mode and would enjoy it more if I could get my team to play in simulation
mode as close as I do when I'm playing them. Then I could focus on player development, trades, money, resigning players, free agents, drafting and everything else involved in Owner mode. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

is MS having problems with the madden 15 servers? I don't get if ea and MS have a deal how madden 15 wouldn't be smoother than ever on X1 vs ps4? what system does it play better on?
