    Hey guys,

    I bought a second hand Xbox 360 with Kinect and a few games. My normal games work perfectly fine but when I insert a kinect game, I get the Open Tray error. The 5 different kinect games I have give this error and I cant play it. Insert a normal non-kinect
    game then the game runs so dont think it is the sensor tbh.

    I searched the whole internet for advice or solutions but dont seem this is a common problem. I tried A LOT of tips, from cleaning the sensor to hitting the console. I updated the firmware, did a soft factory reset, everything I could find I tried it.
    Hopefully not everything because I feel that there are still solutions out there that may help. I also recalibrated the kinect and t did not fix the problem. When the kinect is plugged in I can see movement etc in the small block on the screen.

    What boggles my mind is that when I went to buy it from the guy, we played 2 of the 5 games I got with the purchase and had no reading problems of the games. What am I doing wrong?

    the game works only on Console + HDD you both NATIVE ORIGINAL.

    If i install the Original HDD on another ORIGINAL XBOX360, the game DOESNT' WORK!!!

    OP, I know exactly what you mean by home page being laggy and apps(games, gamestore) work perfectly, this is perfectly normal, I was worried about it too
