Xbox360 is not turning on properly

I turn the xbox 360 on with the controller and it turns on but doesnt do the ring dance thing nor does it sync up with my controllers. It just has the green dot in the middle then turns off after being on for 5 minutes. Doesn't show anything on the t.v.
screen either. I've unplugged and replugged everything, put in a disc, plugged in the controllers directly to system and still doesn't sync up, I even took out the hdmi cable to see if that was it but it still had just the little green dot in the middle, and
moved the power plug to another location to see if the first one wasn't giving enough power.

As none of the things you have tried has helped you could try carrying out an offline update on your console and hopefully this will get you back up and running.

hi can someone please help me my Xbox one comes up with a few options of restart this Xbox, reset this Xbox, turn off or offline update I have tried restoring it both saving games and factory restore. Nothing has a irked person lease can I have i have some
suggestions, thank you.
