Xbox won't turn off and Phantom controller

Hi, I see you have Guitar Hero in your recently played games list. Is the guitar or some other Guitar Hero controller laying around somewhere with something pressing buttons on it ? Try taking the batteries out of the guitar/drums and see if the issue persists
    please.

A lead? What do you mean a lead? You connect the drums and guitar separately...

  5. no, apparently I need a lead from the rear of the drums to the controller clipped to the drums?

the only lead we have is from the back of the drums to the kick peddle

You do not need any leads for drums as they connect to the console wirelessly. Use the sync buttons on the drum set and console for it to be recognized. The only ports should be for the kick pedal and for a chat headset. Nothing else is needed, only the
Wii models required a controller to be connected for use as I recall.

You don't need any leads. The controllers all sync individually like I said. The port on the back of the drums is for your Mic, if you want to use it for party chat and what not. The other port(s) are for the cymbals. Press the sync and Xbox buttons on the
drum controller to sync to your console like any other wireless controller.

Most USB mics work--provided they're Xbox 360 mics. As for the delay, you can calibrate it via the 'Calibrate Lag' option in the pause menu.

If the game doesn't detect the Mic, then it won't work. Alternatively you can connect your Xbox headset mic to your controller and use that for some Guitar Hero titles.
