    Xbox360 Gold Missing from Dashboard


    Hi, I pay for my 9-year-old's XBOX360 gold membership but we have noticed for the last 2 months or so his twice monthly free Gold games are no longer showing on the his dashboard. Is there any away of fixing this? Thanks

    bin disconected zins 25/9/2015 but my gold needs to stop on 7 jan 2016 yust prepaid on 7jan 2015 so why do i have no gold anymore ps this is the second time it happens to me on this xbox360 please help you can call me on [Mod Removed] i am from holland

    how can i contact them because i am still back not on my gold missing out on xbox360 gold pay for 12 months but get 9 months of it second time now

    do a search for games for gold online see what games are free .then search for the games in the store on your console hope this helps happy new year

    I couldn't say for certain on Xbox360: You May see slight performance benefit from using faster external HDD with latest Xbox360 dashboard update, and it will depend on the condition of your console and/or internal components.

    Hello tonedef droid,

    Sadly there is no customization to the dashboard yet (It would be a really cool feature to see on the Xbox360) so you will have to continue to do it the way you are doing until further notice. I hope that one day your Xbox randomly decides to show "Free
    Games With Gold" on your dashboard.
