Xbox360 Games with Gold Problem

Hallo,

since one year I can not buy any Xbox 360 game on xbox.com. I can not buy the Xbox 360 Games with gold, free stuff or other stuff for money. This worked for years and now there is no solution to buy 360 stuff again on xbox.com. The only way is to use an
Xbox One to geht the games with gold. This problem only belongs to the 360 stuff. I tried to contact the support but there was no solution, for 1 year now. They can not help me with this problem. Sometimes I read there are other person with the same problem
but there was no solution too. What can I do to get it working again. There was a change on Xbox.com and after this I can not buy any 360 stuff.

Support solution is to buy the games on own console or a friends one. So they won't fix the broken Xbox 360 store on the website.

if I'm not mistaken you have to have a means of payment available. although the game is free, you're making the purchase

Not replacing the OP of the post, but yes you are correct, that is mandatory requirement...

All the people that complain DO have have a valid form of payment, otherwise we wouldn't be able to buy it from the console (which is the only way to get the games).

The problem is the website, for several months now all purchases on the website are broken, they stay eternally in a processing state (even with several valid methods of payment) and never confirm the purchase.

thanks for all answers. My Account use paypal to buye things. This worked for me until March 2019 I think. After the problem first time appears I can no longer purches xbox 360 stuff. I can add Xbox one Games with gold from Xbox.com, the xbox 360 games I
need to use my console. I tried diffrent pcs, Browser, Smartphone, Tablet, every time the problem is the same. I used support they told me the back team look on the problem, but there was no solution for it, I never get an answer back. I made a vid of my problem:

I can wait minutes the purche never ends for 360 stuff.

Contacting support would most likely get you the best result in this issue.

That was my initial approach in December+January and after 3 times spending more than 1 hour with the chat support where basically it was a run down of I have posted (payment methods, browsers, even from mobile browsers, adding a new credit card etc) no
luck.

Even shared the screen shots of the website errors or missing files where met with the reaction "hum, weird, I'll take note of that"... And then nothing happens.
