Xbox360 games on xbox one problem!!

I buy gta iv for my xbox one and don't appear on ready to install or other place is like Dont read it,What can i do ?

I did all the possible solutions in my xone.

The game isnt working on both xbox one and xbox360.

Game problem or my account problem. Not my xbox.

Need support.

Mano's problem has nothing to do with military bases. everybody has that problem if they try to buy it through the Xbox One.

the only apparent options are to use an Xbox360 or Xbox.com

Xbox.com requires a credit card to obtain free Xbox360 content, but if you are using an Xbox360 you don't need one, for some stupid reason

Also check to make sure you're on the same account that bought the game if you did in fact buy the digital version. Alternatively you can search the game in the Xbox store. Anything you own will show as owned.

if it's a disc, once you insert it, it should start installing. if it's digital, make sure you are signed in with the account that bought the game.
