Xbox360 games and xbox gold

Hi

I Own an xbox one console.

I aquired the xbox gold subscription, and Ive downoaded some of the free games offered.

Now, i have an issue with the free games for xbox360. When i try to get it i receive an error that no valid payment method is registered.

If I try to set up a new method, it only allows me to select spain as country, so I cant select anything.

I would like to know if even when I own a gold subscription I cannot download 360 games or how can i solve this issue.

I went on the Xbox website and games for gold section is only listing Xbox one games. I cannot see the xbox360 games for gold

Are you on a trial gold subscription or a full Gold sub? That might be the issue.

 

I take it you're not actually in Spain. If so, you'd want to migrate your account region to the correct one so you can add your payment method. You can migrate your region at
Sign in to your Microsoft account

 

Full gold subscription. paid for 1 year.

 

How can I check the current region? because te link you gave me says migrate to, but doesnt mentions migrate from, and every single place on my account on windows it has te correct country. Also, Not only im not from Spain, ive never
been to Spain, and ive never set up anything with Spain as country.
