Hello! I need a refund for a game I don't like, but I don't know if I get my money back. any suggestions that might help with this situation?

Microsoft is giving refunds for Premium memberships on the XboxOne, . . why not the Xbox360?

Why ow why when u buy a game or movie on xbox360 and u lose or no longer have internet u can't use the things u bought is **** **** i should get a full refund if I'm not allowed to play my downloaded movies and games on my xbox360

But you can try to call Xbox live helpdesk and explain why you request it…

I’m afraid refunding is an option at this moment.

You could try Xbox Support though.

 

If the game was purchased within the last 2 weeks and you have less than 2 hours invested in it you can try processing a refund at
https://account.microsoft.com. If you have trouble there than you can call phone support to see if they're able to assist you. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.
