Xbox360 free Games with Gold be able to download on the Xbox one WITHOUT the need of ...

Would nice if the Games with Gold page on the Xbox one would have the free Xbox360 title(s)on it for download.

On the 360 you can send Xbox one titles to that console to be ready for download when you sign into the One.

Having to switch consoles to get the 360 FREE title(s) onto your One by downloading them on the 360 then go back to the One to download them onto the One, just makes NO sense.

Being that ALL upcoming FREE WITH GOLD 360 TITLES are Backwards Compatible now.

Unable to download Lego Star Wars for Games with Gold

So it tries to charge me everytime i attempt to download it. I was able to download Lara Croft with zero issue. I contacted supported and was told that i needed to download this on an Xbox360 first and then re-download it on my xbox One to get it for free.
I have had ZERO problems downloading any of the 360 Games with gold on my xbox One. Any solution to this, or do i really need to bother someone with a 360 to let me do this nonsense.

Please help me solve how can I download the free xbox360 games that come with the games with gold. I can download the xbox one games with out any problem but have not been able to download an xbox360 game since I started with Live last October

Get it on xbox.com and then it will be ready to download on your 1. That's what I do.

 

That feature is already in preview mode as of this month. So it should be coming to the public soon.

Thanks for the info , I checked it myself and it's there. This is another great update.

 

I've been doing it through the PC as well, but this will be a welcomed feature.

 

I downloaded Borderlands for 360 on my X1.... now I cant think of any reason to keep ole faithful (my 360).....

 

I've been downloading the xbox 360 games through xbox.com, just log on whilst I'm at work (tut tut) and it's on my X1 when I get home. Will be happy to download direct from my X1 though, but I don't really find myself playing them.

For instance downloaded Borderlands this month, got very fond memories of that game. But having looked at it again it's 6 years old and I've got a backlog of X1 games anyway so probably can;t see myself playing it.
