    I have entered the code for 14 days of free xbox live gold last night and have checked the status of my membership and confirmed 'Xbox Live Gold' on my xbox one s console. However, when I attempted to download the xbox 360 free game for July 2018 'SplinterCellConviction'
    this morning, it cost me HK$79. Can I get my refund or else you can help me? Thanks a lot.

    Back Log for xbox360

    I haven't jumped ship onto the xbox1 yet but until that time I got a few 360 games I need to beat on xbox360 like eternal sonata,tales of vesperia,Hitman Absolution,DarkSiders II and Fallout New Vegas DLC and Lost Odyssey.

    Games I've played on my brother ps3 but I've bought on xbox360 are GTAV and RDR(I've seen the endings for these games I just want to play them with a 360 controller over a ps3 controller)

    this doesn't include Viva Pinta and Red Faction Guerrilla which are free on Xbox360 along with Defence(free to play MMO game on PC,ps3 and Xbox360)

    14 day gold is a trial gold, not a full subscription. Trials do not change your account status to gold, they only give you some aspect of online multiplayer. 360 games require a full, paid subscription in order to download the free games. One games require
    that you have a gold subscription in order to keep playing them for free so you can download them on trials.

    You can try going to http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support
