    Most of the time, I try to download the free game with gold membership, it give me the error message that it not supported to your xbox 360 region, My Xbox360 region is PAL

    Anyone know how to solve this issue????

    Since uruguay isnt a supported region I suggest you check the supported regions

    Also if you are trying to get the games free for gold a lot of them are region locked meaning you cannot download them ubless your actual region matches your account region

    Since Ecuador is not a fully supported Xbox Live region, not all features may work. You may be able to download and play some games, but due to it not being fully supported. You could run into issues purchasing games or downloading free Games with Gold for

    I have this problem too, we should wait a couple of days, sometimes the original xbox or xbox360 gold free games takes a day o two more it depends of the region.

    I guess your 360 is Asia versione and your game sare US NTSC?

    It depends on games, some gamenes ar region free and can be played on any xbox360 despite the region, other are region locked and can be played only on the specific region of the game (example, an ntsc japan game could only be played on japanese xbox360
    ).

    The region code is valid only for DVD video playback, not games.

    I am not able to download Civilization Revolution with my xbox live gold membership!

    I've the same issue. But another Gold account logged in the same xbox as mine has permissions to download this game. Maybe is an account related issue because of the region lock restrictions, but this is the first game that i can't download it through free
    with gold. Please someone gives us support, we want our free game!
