Xbox360 family timer not working

Hello

I've set the timer to 1h daily.

If I power off the device after 30 mins and boot it up 3 days later there are only 30 mins left and not a whole hour as it should be. Tested it a few times and its reproduce able on my device.

I am connected to the internet and latest updates are installed.

Any idea what the problem could be?

Family Timer not working

Ok, I have cleared the systems cache, knocked off the timer, knocked it back on, changed the pass code and pass code reset question and answer. I have let the timer run and again I can't go any further without inputtng the pass code which obviously is how
it should work.

The test is when my son gets home tonight from School and will see what happens then.

Hey there Casual! I understand your son is somehow bypassing the Family Time you have set up. First, you can try turning off the timer and setting it back up. Also, just to confirm that your son doesn't know the passcode, can you try changing it to something

Hey mate, I've had a look into it and it appears that the timer not resetting each day is just part of the system as others have described the same issue as you. In my opinion that does seem like an oversight, I'd suggest giving feedback here about it:
