    Xbox360 - ESPN App - Parental Approval


    Hi, I just downloaded ESPN to my Xbox360. When I try and login, it says it needs parental approval. Even though I'm 25 (not sure why it's asking me), I've entered in the correct password for my parents' live account and it says it's not valid. My content
    settings are turned off under family. My account under privacy is set to adult. I went through a few Xbox Ambassadors, and they weren't able to find the answer either. Hoping someone here can help. Thanks.

    Problem buying Xbox 360 backwards compatible games

    You still need parental approval for 360 games

    I'm back with the terms and conditions problem once more

    I was thinking about that too, surely that constitutes as parental approval without the need for the original parental account?
