Xbox360 Emulator for the Xbox one.

I just have a question. The xbox360 came with an Xbox emulator to play the first generation Xbox games. Why doesn't the Xbox one have a xbox360 emulator for the xbox360 games? My console has a terabyte of storage on it. That should be more than enough room
for the emulator.

Why not make an emulator app for xbone so it can play xbox360 games,arcade games, and indie.

I have heard that the XBOX1 now is backward compatible with xbox360 games NICE ONE MS

If so what games are?

Do I just download the emulator?

True. But not what I meant. Emulators allow the 360 to function as an classic Xbox without the need to download anything. The 360, as long as it had a REAL Xbox hard drive, played all the original games that I owned. 40+ games in all. Right out of the box.
This was why I asked the question.

First the CPU architecture is different

There 360 also had to download patches but there weren't as frequent

Vs ms monthly updates sometimes weekly

An Xbox 360 removable hard drive is what makes backward compatibility possible.

According to Microsoft, each game needs an emulation profile to run. These profiles can be downloaded via the Xbox Live service or from Xbox.com and burned on CD or DVD recordable media. They also were routinely distributed as part of the content on the
Official Xbox Magazine monthly discs (which were discontinued in 2012). The profiles are downloaded as a single bundle, thus only needing to be applied once per update (if doing so offline), or are automatically downloaded the first time a compatible game
is inserted.

The official Xbox 360 hard disk is required to play any of the games on this list. The hard disk is used to store the emulation software, and also to store saved games, downloaded content, and to serve as a data cache for titles which utilize disk caching.
Since games for the original Xbox were designed with the expectation that a hard drive always would be available, most titles rely heavily on its presence. Here is a link to help you

still its no xbox360 game but one that is emulated to run on 360, deals are selected this way im afraid

I tried running the PZ1 on the 50Hz mode. It was an interesting thing. It begane to load the game. I got the original xbox screen that you usually see (white background, big green x) but shortly after I got the error of the game is not supported. It was
confusing because on 50Hz the xbox seems to notice it even if it was only for a short time.

I imagine that even failing to load like this that there is no longer anyway for me to play this game. I'm rather disappointed having just went out and bought a copy now but I guess things like that just happen. Thanks for the help!
