i was watching netflix on my xbox and then it signed me out and said im consoled banned how do u undo the ban i would appreciate that thank you please reply back

My console ban

Hello I have been consoled banned and I need it to be rectified. I contacted xbox and they said they will contact the xbox enforcement team, also I have an account ban. my gamertag is eG x NiNJaZz.

You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com. However console bans cannot be reversed.

no entiendo porque xbox me banea y aun no recivo respuesto de lo que a pasado y cuales son los motivos de esto, no entiendo porque en baneo, le pido a la xbox que respondi mis problemas lo antes posible, tampoco no puede ser que esto ocurra sin hacer nada
