Xbox360 cant sign in live account

According to your description, I understand that you encountered an error code message when you logged in, in order to better analyze your situation, you can reply to me with the specific error message you encountered, which is very important for solving your problem, you can try the following methods to troubleshooting before getting your reply:

• Delete your profile and download it again
  Go to Settings - System - Storage, then you want to clear your Xbox 360 local storage, once you've done that, try the game again. The game will want to re-download your profile back to the Xbox One.
  
• If two-step verification is not enabled for your account, you can visit Additional security options and enable it and set up the free authenticator app with your smartphone.
  After you do that, create an app password on that website, and then use that app password on Xbox 360 instead of your regular password.
  Also, be sure to use "Download Profile" in the Xbox 360 guide menu, not "Join Xbox Live."
  
• Try change you Internet such as your phone hotspot to test it.

Whereas it is a bummer that the family plan is now gone, it is what it is. You will only need two Live accounts for your set up.

Xbox One = One Live account = anyone who uses this system will have Live through the person associated with the console.

Xbox360 = One Live account = the same account tied to the One.

Xbox360 = Second Live account = anyone who uses this system will have Live through the person associated with the console.

Xbox360 = Second Live account = The person with the second account uses this system.

OOORRRR... Have all systems tied to the same person. Instead of different people. Anyone who uses the system connected to a Live account has Live through them. Whether that person is signed in or not.

Example:

I have Live. I have an Xbox in my bedroom. Anyone who goes into my room and uses my Xbox will have access to Live whether I am signed in or not.

I get an error code 8C150009 when I open up account on my xbox360.

I cant play on xbox live server's??? Help

My xbox360 between network is goo, network between internet is good, and internet between xbox live is good. I still can't sign in with my account into xbox live.

i ve trying to recover my profile 10 times but it always says "Xbox Live Sign up is currently unavailable. and i cant even recover it on my old xbox360. does any one know how to fix this problem.
