Xbox360 achievements are not unlocking on xbox one and xbox360

Hi microsoft enforcement

Basically in june 2017 i got temporarily banned and my xbox 360 gamerscore was reset without much proof, an anyway since this has happened my games went back to 0 percent and now i cant unlock achievements for those games that got reset, and another thing
is that new games that i play on backwards compatible games i can unlock achievements for them, because they didnt get reset i wanna know why this is happening?

if theres anyone that can help please help me

Heip me plz, there's some thing wrong with my achievements

Last year, I played "Gears of war"(Xbox360 version) on my xbox one in 28/Nov/2017, and unlocking four achievements. But on the xbox one, I can't see the unlocking time of this achievements, and I use browser on PC to check theachievements on “account.xbox.com”，it
said I unlocking this four achievements in 1/Jan/1753.

I ask the Support Center, they said it's a bug and need to fix, and I must wait to fix. Half year past, the wrong is still exist.How can I fix this wrong?

Freezing / Stuttering issue

on the xbox360 your unlocking something it will stop later.

When games are reset back to zero, you will not be able to unlock the achievements again.

Gamerscore and achievement corrections occur on a player’s Xbox Live account when they gain achievements or other awards through the manipulation of an Xbox profile using external or unauthorized tools and/or hardware. When a Gamerscore correction occurs

it is stupid because i never actually got the evidence, i know for a fact i didnt cheat or tamper with my account, all the evidence i got was tampering, i wanna see how it was tampered with so i know it is an hacker or not?

and another thing aswell i cannot delete 0% games from game history because it keeps reappearing when i delete it
