Hello,

I'm just enquiring why my XBL Account was Suspended untill 11/01/2017.

I have no Idea to why I was banned, I would also like to ask, is the Date (11/01/2017) in the USA Date format, ot in the UK Format.

Since you are new. This cloud save works for Xbox360 BC games and Xbox360 console. And you can set one console as MAIN console, which the game can be played offline to using different account than the one you buy the game. And in the second console, you can login with the account you buy the game and play it.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

It would be 11th Jan 2017

No one here can tell you why you were suspended.An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can log in to the enforcement site to find out & file for a case review

As it's a 14 day suspension it's either not the first time you've been suspended or whatever you did was quite a serious breech of the CoC/ToU

Sorry to hear that.. Try redeeming it on the site xbox.com if you tried that try doing it on xbox360 live and reddem it if that doesn't work and yeh it is a suspension

Thanks for the reply, the account os my brothers called "robanna". He has a live subcription on the xbox one and i tried to go on xbox360 with it but it says it is a silver account on xbox360.

I got Rare Replay to and have a Xbox360 as well. Rare Replay install all Xbox360 and XBL-Arcade games separatly on the xbox one, you can start these games directly from your library.

It behaves like a purchased game from the store, usually the compatible Xbox360 games are also still playable on the old xbox360 with the same account.

But not with the Xbox360 and XBL Games from Rare Replay, these licenses are not transferred as usual for the Xbox360.
