Xbox360 account email

In regards to this matter, I understand that you unable to remember the email that was associated with your account.

Do you still have access to your account on your Xbox 360?

I would recommend taking a look at the
Lost Account Solution wizard as it should help you with recovering your account.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

The email address that the xbox360 was registered to is no longe active. No on has access to this and no one can get into it. So when we click on forgot password and it asks to verify your identity - we don't have access to any of the emails that it comes up with. Then it takes us to Microsoft account recovery which we've already done 3 times and it keeps failing.

If the email addresses on file for the xbox360 no one has access to - how can you get into the xbox?

Also if you used the wrong email and would like to change your email associated to the gamertag you created, You can do this by,



Signing into the xbox360 with the gamertag associated to the email you want to change.



Scroll to the right to your settings tab.



Select Account.



Scroll Right to: Your Information



Select Account Security.



Select Change Microsoft Account and follow the prompts given.

i believe microsoft did delete accounts that were inactive for to long.

Could i get some insight on this? I left it for less than about a year, kinda shorter than how long i left it for between a few years ago.

EDIT: Just checked, apparently if you havent used your xbox360 account since 2017, it was deleted on August 2019. Weird thing was, i used it during 2018. I opened the profile, it told me to sign in w/ email, i thought it was wrong so i deleted it & tried
to reinstall my profile on xbox360, only, the email didn't have my xbox360 account. Weird, because i recall that microsoft account had my Gamertag with it as it's name. I would like some assistance in getting my old account back, if possible.

On the Xbox360 console, when you try to make a change in Billing Information under Account Management, it will show you the parental account.
