    "Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem."

    I gave the correct credentials

    can you suggest how to solve this.

    Managed to solve it myself by restarting the console as the error showed up (do not close the error popup) using the physical button on the console itself and then starting it again and start the download of my Xbox Live profile again, locally saved files also do properly work again and did not break. Just something one can try if they have the same issue signing in!
