Xbox1x mine craft syncing worlds issue

This is the main problem with the Xbox version at the moment. It's all very selfish. On the PC you can join a server any time of day and go to work. On the Xbox you can only join when the Host says you can, and in essence you are a slave to them asking/telling
you to build in their world.

My world is my world, small and slowly being built by me, why would I expect anyone to join me to help me create my world that you will only have access to on my say so.

I dont see the problem. sure it could be easier if you have a world were people can work 24/7 but unless you have a great bunch of mates and a plan to stick to you can can have idiots just mess things up when ur not around. Me and my mates help each other
when each need help (mining etc) but you could always have someone just leave there xbox on x amount of time during the day/night so peeps can jump in and work on a set world.
