Xbox1s's keep breaking!!!! Defect or!??

Hdmi cord shuts system off when plugged in . Long story short I sent the first xbox back to Microsoft they repaired it. A month later my other xbox does the same thing plug the hdmi in and shuts off call Microsoft the warranty JUST ran out square trade
picks up the warranty now. Days later before I even got to ship the one system the same one that was repaired already does the same dam thing! Sent them both to square trade they send one back fixed and the other one comes back the next day unrepaired with
a note saying they can tell it was accidental!!! How they both broke the same way when you plug the coard in like!?? Only difference is Microsoft already fixed the this one once so are they saying "accidentall" because they can tell its been taken apart bc
it's been repaired once by Microsoft? Highly irritated with these xbox1s's they keep breaking the same way and now we are basically being told we broke one? How do I fix this problem when it's not my fault? Is there a recall on a defect in these or anything???

The only way I can see the HDMI cord being an issue is if the video board for the connection is somehow loose. Now unless you are “Conaning” The cord into your TV or Xbox, that’s usually something that you can’t do with normal wear and tear. I would also
definitely try a different HDMI cord just in case something is wrong on the inside of the one you’ve been using. If that happens to be the case and you have to get another one, try to find a braided-type cable to avoid any pinching of the cord and its components

The console should be completely powered off when setting up or connecting the HDMI cable.

Once physical setup is complete, Turn on the TV, AVR if using, then turn on console last of all.

This is a first I've seen this complaint. HDMI connection problems would result in picture loss but not shutting down the console. It sounds like a bigger problem then that. Sounds like a short in your TV or something.

2 original xbox1 remotes same issues. Why won't they acknowledge their defective equipment and take care of there customers?
