Xbox1 X network connection fails

Discus and support Xbox1 X network connection fails in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have the power setting of xbox 1 X at instant-on most times I turn the console off and turn it on the next day the xbox live connection won't work...     Xbox1 X network connection fails


    I have the power setting of xbox 1 X at instant-on

    most times I turn the console off and turn it on the next day the xbox live connection won't work and can't connect.

    I have to go into settings and do full shutdown, then when I turn it back on xbox live connects fine.

    how do I correct this problem with instant-on dropping the network connection and not being able to connect to live?

    Can you please run a connection test to Xbox LIVE and let us know if this test fails to connect. And if so, where does your connection to Xbox LIVE fails to connect? To perform a connection test!

    1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (center X button on your controller).
    2. Go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
    3. Select Network Settings.
    4. Select Wired Network or your wireless network name (if you are prompted to do so).
    5. Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

    MTU Settings failure

    Hi guys,

    I am at my wits end - trying to connect to X Box Live and the last connection is failing! It connects to the Network, connects to Internet but fails connecting to X Box live.

    I have opened the Ports recommended and also have turned off my all wireless connections to the router. Please can someone help PLEASE

    Hi, it is a known bug, which is being worked on. For the time being to stop the issue occurring, Microsoft ask to have the Xbox One on Power saving for the time being.

    any word on this being solved? I go to use the xbox one x and it says connect to live and won't connect.

    I have to do full shutdown. this makes game pause very unusable.

    the recent October update didn't fix it yet

    Hey dingo thanks for staying in touch!

    We suggest clearing the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address) to get rid or any corrupt data that causes this type of errors. To clear the cache:

    Settings

    Network

    Network Settings

    Alternate Mac Address

    Clear and restart

    Once this is done (if the issue persists) the problem might be coming from
    the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a Soft
    Factory Reset     (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
