    I bought a new Xbox one last week. Set it up been using it for a week and everything was working great. This morning I get up and my netflix wont open up saying it couldnt connect to the servers. Looked at the settings on my xbox and it is showing that
    the wireless isnt connected so i tried to re connect but no luck. I then unplug the modem for a min and replug but still no luck. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

    Still cant connect to Xbox Live

    Microsoft says Live is working again but I cant connect. The right side of my screen says "Connect to Xbox Live" but when I click it it just makes a beep and does nothing else. My Xbox is connected to the internet and it was working just fine last night.
    Am I missing something else or is it actually still down?

    I can't connect to Xbox live at all.

    I have the same problem. I was just playing MW3 last night, and now it can't connect. Everything else is working in my house, and I still can't connect.

    Can't connect to Xbox Live after downloading The New Xbox one experience

    Same as roeje, there is no error message but I can't connect to online. I tested my network and multiplayer connection and it says everything is fine, but I can't sign in online. I got the update last night and everything worked fine when the update finished.
    Xbone and 360 games worked fine but I can't connect today.

    Ok, I'm really getting put out

    I don't believe this is the problem, it has/had to be something on the sever side. Last night I finally updated the dashboard by downloading and using a USB drive but still couldn't connect to live, no errors, nothing. Just a message saying that live was
    unavailable or that some features were not available. Earlier this evening I still had the same problem but magically everything is fine. No connection issues, no lag, no errors everything working as it should. I didn't do anything on the network or system.
    It just works now. Something is a foot.........

    Can't Connect to Live But Have a Network Connection

    I have the same issues today.

    Connection tests are fine. I have 100Mb fibre.

    Hard resetting the xbox 1 and also power cycling the router has not helped. I have done this many times now.

    Cache clearing the xbox1 not worked.

    I have tried this on wifi connection and wired connection.

    I have tried the complete reset by powering xbox1 off and holing the drive button and power button together also.

    I have double checked that the necessary ports are opened on the router from a guide on this site somewhere about the ports.

    There's no error messages at all except of course my dashboard has no pins or news on it etc and the boxes just have the message connect to live etc

    Everything was fine last night but as it is now there's no way to connect to xbox live.

    I started having this same issue last night. I can connect to home network just fine but now the Internet connection has just stopped working. Can't do anything online with my system but any other device in my house is working just fine with the network
    and Internet.
