Xbox1 won't show my astro a20's in accessories

It was connected for a while but then just stopped..

Can you provide us with the exact model of the Astro headset you're getting (e.g. A50, A20 etc.)?

One common troubleshooting method for them is to plug in the charging cable, and then hold "Game" and "EQ" for 10-15 seconds, then try to reconnect them to the Xbox.
