Xbox1 won't load with Farming Sim 17

With a clean retail disc, we can get to the startup screen for FS17, and it appears to be loading, but returns to the home screen.

Only thing different is obtaining 10 gold pieces to display the remaining gold pieces on the map. Once we saved that game we couldn't load the game the next time we played.

Any thoughts

Every time I sign in to FS 17, it does not load. It just takes me back to home screen. There are no new updates for me. Are there any fixes for this? Should I just uninstall and reinstall? Will I lose all of my data if I do?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Has this only occurred after a fresh install? First, let's see if this is an issue that can be quickly resolved by power cycling your Xbox One. To do this, press and hold the power button down until your console fully powers
down. If the issue persists, try
uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that helps.

I have tried to power down and power up the unit to no avail.

If I reinstall the game, will all my progress be lost?

 

Nope! Your progress is safe during the uninstall/reinstall process. If you have connected to Xbox Live so that save is backed up, that should be all you need for extra peace of mind. Let me know how it goes!

 

I have an account setup, I paid the 50 cents, when I try to log in with the Xbox, it lets me enter my email, then my password, then verify with code, then the rotating arrow stays on them it send a me back to the " Sign in!" screen.....an endless loop.

So I cannot log in to save my progress.

Please help.
