Xbox1 will connect to live.l, But multiplayer is unavailable (can't get toredo ip) ...

Hey everyone how's it going. My xbox won't let me play multiplayer. It keeps saying can't get toredo ip address. I use my Samsung galaxy s5 mobile hotspot on Verizon . And I have always used the Verizon hotspot for all my gaming and it worked perfectly
until now . Even though it does has a moderate nat I've always been able to play. Any help ?same issues?

The first two times was on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. I have now done it on a Samsung S5 Sport as well.

Same issue here. But I wasn't able to connect at all.

Samsung Galaxy S3, android 4.3 + XBox One same Wi-Fi network. App can't find console just by clicking "connect" button and entering IP address manually.

I wonder that you can use Teredo with Hotspot - but I think you have to talk to Verizon that you get a Teredo problem on xbox live. They can tell you if they block it or no.

I am testing connection and says im connected to internet.

When test network connection it says cant find toredo ip

Current network status is wired. Ipv4 ipv6 nat type unavailable.

I dont have another way to connect a different network. I could try wireless instead of wired

Hi Deadpan!

Thanks for letting us know that you're having this issue. In addition to the unavailable NAT type, I noticed you also received a message stating that your console "can't get a Teredo IP address" as well after performing a Multiplayer connection test. In
a nutshell, this means that your connection to the network may be blocked or may have dropped. This can happen for a couple of reasons, based on either your network hardware configuration or your IP address type.

Our support site has some great articles to help out with that, regarding the
unavailable NAT type as it relates to your router and help with any error messages you may get after performing a

multiplayer connection test. This should help you get back to running and gunning!

Like I've suggested to others and it always worked (don't ask me how or why) but Restore the console to factory defaults. You will thank me later.

If you worried about save games they are saved in cloud and purchases linked to profile

settings>system>restore factory defaults.

I have a few questions so I can see what options you have to fix this.

>What router brand and model are you using?

>Have you attempted to set a static IPv4 address that your router administrative panel provides you, as Xx ROZILLA xX suggested?

>Have you gone into your router administrative panel and added your Xbox One as a preferred user and to allocate your signal to it as a priority devices?

Have you tried clearing your system cache? This may seem silly, but clearing your cache may fix the problem. Also, have you attempted a hard reboot?
