Xbox1 turnng on and off rapidly

hello, my xbox1 works fine for a while. Sometimes 5 minites, sometimes and hour. Then it just randomly turns itself off in the middle of what im doing, be it a game, youtube, playing a dvd, whatever. Then it turns off and on over and over. Sometimes it will
make the shutdown sound over and over followed by the”power up” sound over and over. But eventually **** down conpletely. I have it lugged directly into an outlet, i know its not over heating becuz sometimes it will do it after only a few minutes of use. I
have scowered the internet and found some sinilar issues but nothing quite like this. Any ideas what the issue could be?

I tried this idea and it has not worked yet, Im now leaving the xbox for a while after "resetting" the brick

This is a total hunch and I'm not basing my suggestions on any actual evidence, but here's something you can try: keep playing like normal, but sit next to your console and be ready to pull the power cable out of the back of your Xbox. When it turns off
by itself, disconnect power, press the power button, then wait a few seconds. Reconnect the power cable and see what happens.
