    Xbox1 Support Is Complete Garbage!


    I just received my 3rd console from Microsoft that has the same issue of the first 2, disc drive does not read discs. I have spent numerous hours online and on the phone with supposadly "support" members. I have been without a working console for over
    1 month. Unfortunately they are making the decision to quit with Xbox very easy. I can honestly see why Sony has been destroying sales compared to Microsoft. If you are looking to get a great console and amazing support, please do yourself a favor and
    go elsewhere. They show no loyalty to customers who have been around since Day 1. I myself cannot wait to receive my new console, so i can sell it. Thanks for all your hard work Microsoft. Sincerely, Disgruntled Xbox User.

    Complete Microsoft Garbage

    Try to play any downloaded game and I get error code 0x87e107f9. I come here to type it in to find a solution and the code doesn't even exist! This is absolutely pitiful.

    Bubble me too quinzel!

    My day one console stopped reading discs after about 6 months. Replacement #1 stopped after about 4 months and now replacement #2 has frozen up and crashed at least once a day since I got it. I hadn't even returned replacement #2 and I'm ready to ship back
    #3 as well. Customer support says they can't escalate the issue until they receive #2. So now I have to wait till they receive #2 and *** about #3.

    I just want my money back so I can get a PS4 already. I'll take the hit on the games, I don't care, I just want a working, reliable console.

    I've been with MS since the original Xbox but this is beyond ridiculous.

    Has anyone considered that the always on power state is the cause of a lot of these issues. I've seen problems here stemming from the system not being able to read disc when the Xbox is resumed from the always on power state. It takes a press of the eject
    button to "wake" the blue ray reader. I have encounter this problem once.

    It's unbelievable no body has recognized a pattern here. I'm seeing tons of support suggesting that users "hard boot" the xbox by holding the power button fir 10 seconds. From my own experience, the system is prone is Game/App freezes using the Always on
    power state. I've had the OS freeze 3 times in a 2 week period. My only solution was to switch to full shut down, or "energy saving" power mode. The OS is having issues resuming from suspended apps during "sleep" mode, or the "always on" powerstate.

    Gamer XLB AIZLE, AIZLE, is using DDOS software as well as the Ping Of **** disrupt, Destroy other gamers consoles and Internet Modems. I called Xbox Customer support and explained he was using mods to mask his appearance from other gamers to the point you
    do not see he is online playing through the dash board but you can see him directly in-front of you in the game lobby. Stated to the rep that a gamer on XBOX is DDOSing and sending the Ping Of Death out to other gamers. I called Xbox customer service and was
    reminded that I play at my own risk and there is nothing Xbox or Microsoft can do about this issue. The gamer remotely destroyed our Xbox1 we purcheshed new in November 2016 and 2 Time Warner modems in the process. While having the first modem replaced by
    the Time Warner rep more attacks occured from the same IP Address that AIZLE was using to attack my equipment previously from. I recorded the Xbox customer service rep telling me that Xbox cant do anything about it and it is at my risk when I play online
    gaming through Xbox Live Gold. Hard to believe since I am buying Xbox equipment and using Xbox live's servers to play with other gamers that Xbox can not do anything about it. You can go online and listen to the recording of the Xbox customer service rep telling
    me it is at our own risk that we play online games through Xbox Live.
