    That's no good, let's get you back to playing Xbox One. To start things off, please try resetting your Xbox One console's display settings with this

    Xbox One Blank Screen Troubleshooter    . Let us know if those steps help out, cheers!

    Hello Snipemaster1009,

    By the sounds of things, you may have a faulty HDMI cable. If possible could you try using a different HDMI cable?

    If that doesn't work, please try using your console on a different TV.

    Looks like interference? Have you tried a different HDMI cable or HDMI port on your TV.

    My Xbox1 was initially connected to my tv via a 3 way HDMI splitter. I have changed the HDMI lead and connected it direct to the Tv. I still have the problem. It normally happens when the Xbox1 has been off for a long period i.e over night, however as it
    is not a persistent fault it doesn't always happern

    That's the problem about the Xbox1, it lacks any good hardware, the software will gradually be updated and improved over time, but will the hardware be improved with the Xbox1, most unlikely, if only the Xbox1 wasn't rushed into the market, now Microsoft
    has to clean up their mess.
