XBOX1 RockBand 4 with Rivals VERY slow load time

When starting RockBand 4 I am experiencing very very long load times recently (Oct?). The game loads very slow 30 minutes, then goes to the main menu and says "checking downloaded content" This screen can stay there for hours until the game finally loads.
I placed a ticket with Harmonix and they referred me to Microsoft. I noticed that my entire Xbox was sluggish, I had had it for awhile so I bought a new Xbox1 X I loaded Rockband 4 without DLC and it loaded immediately. Then I successfully transferred
my DLC to the new XBOX1 X and I was right back where I was before, with extremely long load times.

I checked some RockBand forums on reddit and discord and discovered many other people are having the same issue.

This lead me to believe that there is something with an XBOX1 update or change to the way Microsoft is checking files that is the root cause of the issue.

Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?

i as well have Rockband 4 with rivals and unfortunatly its just a slow load page. It was slow before rivals came out

This has become a joke. My wife is saying that I am always playing RB4. But in reality, I am always watching it "find downloaded content". If I want to play RB4 at 6PM on Saturday, I need to start the load process by noon that day, and then ensure that the
controller does not time out or it will unload my profile and restart the process. Yes, so my song database is 2500+? So what if the game can't handle a database of 2500+ songs? Don't sell it on the market and/or FIX IT!!!!

Yes, I have factory restored my XBOX and I will not redownload that set of songs again, as that process makes this one look short. I believe, it took 3.5 days to re-download all those songs and re-find them that initial time. I am about ready to find another
diversion.

If it wasn't so aggravating I would find more humor in it. Like it flashes me back to my TRS-80 and my tape drive. 30 minutes to load a game.

Exactly, this has been [Mod Removed - Profanity] for the past month at least. EVERYTHING is taking longer. But RB4 is by far the biggest issue, and I have a couple thousand invested in DLC or I would just stop playing it. 2K20 is also
really slow to load, but nowhere near the hrs it takes for RB. Tried soft/hard reset mac address/blue ray memory ect. I guess when you're hooked, you're hooked. Like everything else forget the people they already got money from.

I have the same problem the load times have gotten even worse with the latest xbox one update. I opened a ticket with Harmonix and they responded by referring me to XBOX and their latest update as the culprit. In my personal case the game woked fine
until the november 22 system update.
