I want a gift card for the money I gave him to buy the games he can't play because he is permanently suspended how do I go about doing this it's been less than a year about 8 months ago I purchased it for him

You can't. When an account is banned everything on the account is forfeit.

There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.

I truly hope this is the case I made I mistake and I will not do it again and It’s still doing it

I just want to play my game is it still telling people that they are permanently banned because it still says it for me and it’s my first time getting banned
