    XBOX1 Not allowing my profile online


    CAn't get online for about a week now when playing DS2 SofFS. I updated my credit card via the counsel and it says I have free 1 month membership to xbox live, but it still won't let me online; I get a message saying that my profile is not allowed online.
    So frustrating...

    Why is this happening!

    Why, all of a sudden does my xbox1 say "cannot play online, profile won't permit it"?

    Witcher 2 on xbox1

    Hoping for some help.

    I have the physical disc for Witcher 2 which I want to play on my Xbox1.

    I have completed the backwarded download and the game is loaded and should be working.

    But when I try to start the game it keeps asking me to log in with my profile.

    My xbox1 profile is already signed in, I then download the profile to the game but it says 'Your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again from Xbox Live'.

    I have tried restarting, updating my profile, changing image, turning myself as 'not online' etc.

    Can anyone suggest anything to assist please.

    When exactly are you getting the message that your profile is not allowed to play online? Is this whenever you try to play a game? If yes, this is because your account has no
    Xbox Live Gold membership activated.

    You mentioned that you have 1 month of Xbox Live Gold. It seems like the membership did not activate correctly. I suggest contacting
    Xbox Phone Support as they will be able to look into your account and further investigate the issue.

    Tansfering my gamertag?

    Hi guys

    I bought an Xbox1 and transferred my gamertag & achievements to it from my XBox360. My Xbox1 shows all my new achievements, but when I log online direct to my gamertag/profile it doesn't have the new ones. Somehow they have gotten out of sync. Does anyone
    know how to fix this?

    I tried "1." and 3." pretty much right after writing this. I have now also tried "2.", the Power Cycle-thing. Still no luck. I also tried doing them in the order, still nothing. I've heard that you could have to wait up to 24 hours after paying. (My payment
    went thru about 30-40 min ago). Do I really have to wait about 23 more hours? Why is it that broken? My membership is active, so why can't I get online? It's almost stealing in my opinion.

    I'm sorry, but this is really frustrating. I don't know any other service (PSN, Netflix, etc), where I have to wait a long time for a service after paying for it. Every other service is instant, so why isn't this that?

    Please excuse my double-post.

    It seems that I'm now able to go Online. It just took a while. I've seen that it takes a while if you go thru with the payment on PC, but I did it on the console itself, so it's weird that I had to wait about 2 and a half hours.

    I'm sorry if I seemed angry and all that in my posts, but I hope it's understandable.
