XBOX1 Mortal Kombat online play isssue

I am playing MK but when I try to play online or story mode, the options are shaded and cant be clicked on

I took the disc out of the xbox....started another game for about a minute...then put the disc back in and it was all up and running.

 

both online and story mode are now working for me!!! story mode is bomb!

 

Is the game still installing? That happeded to me, I loaded it up and started playing while it was still installing, so only some of the options were available. Story was one of the last to become available.

When you install a game after inserting the disc, it allows you to play before it has completed installation, so am thinking that is what is happening

 

I got a problem when im playing online on mortal kombat x and I challenge agains online oppoment it freeze and then it say this content is no longer availeble and my ping is full green bar and everybody ping shows grey is that a issue on my side or there
side that I cant challence anybody online please help??

 

Hm that is a strange one. It might be worth reinstalling the game, as that could fix that problem.
