Xbox1 gaming system

Back in sept' 2018 Game stop cohorsed me into buying an xbox1 gaming system. I didn't buy a game disc for it until nov.2018. That is when I found out that this system won't read any xbox game discs. Ive been trying for two months to fix the problem with
no luck. Here is my question, why am I doing the work to fix the system? Shouldn't the system be working properly when I bought it? And why can't I find someone to correct the problem or fix it? Do I need to file a class action suit against microsoft for forcing
me to buy games on line? I would appreciate an answer to all my questions. Thank you

Yes it is XBOX1 but as we all know formation to be played on XBOX1 systems. And speaking of which a lot of people would like to see "MWX" written for the XBOX1 system with better graphics and of course survival mode and of course maps. But to play XBOX360
games on the XBOX1 system for some reason you have to be invited. Any chance someone could invite me?

concerning the faulty Xbox, you would need to take that up with Gamestop, if your console was bought brand new you will have warranty therefore you can send the xbox for a service/repair free of charge, if its preowned you can still send for service/repair
but you will be charged.
