Xbox1 Elite controller -COMPLAINT

I purchased the wireless Elite controller for the Xbox 1 as a gift for my partner for Xmas, about 5/6 weeks after Xmas the LB button broke, needless to say my partner was not happy and neither was I having spent over £100.00 on the controller.

as this was purchased via Amazon we contacted them who sent a replacement within a few days, but now after another 5 weeks this has gone the same way, the LB button has broken again!!!

We have researched this now and found this is a common complaint with this product, which in our view is being sold not fit for purpose!!

Amazon will not replace the controller now as it is out of the 30 days limit, instead we have to return the controller and they will refund the cost, they have also mentioned taking the controller from their stock.

I feel terrible because I purchased this thinking it would be a good purchase and surprise for my partner......how wrong I was!!

headset echo problem

i bought aa LPX chat headset from giotech. made for xbox1,. issue is everyone else in chat gets major echo. tried all usual stuff. any ideas to any setting on xbox ti fix, box states its for xbox1 its an elite controller im using

No Charging Kit with Xbox One Elite Controller

My complaint is the charging kit I have doesn't fit in the Elite Controller which REALLY annoys me.

Whats "taking the controller from their stock." got to do with anything ?

Maybe too much pressure is applied to the LB button.

Crap design for the LB/RB for the Elite Controller, with a thin piece of plastic joining them which bends every time you press one of them.

The rubber grips are rubbish too and begin peeling off, expanding so they no longer fit into the space they were originally fitted into.

Microsoft's response for both issues is "buy another one", which for an accessory which is branded as Elite is crap, especially with the obvious substandard design flaws this controller has, just smacks of their complete disregard for their customers.

The Elite solves most of your complaints, but you are right at several points: This setting should be standard for all controls.

I've tried all these, reboots, hard reset plug out and back in. Reading forums this is a common complaint. Iv have a elite controller and the xbox x controller, it happens with both controllers.
