Xbox1 Does a factory reset every boot up

Context: Played enough Killing Floor 2 for the day, closed the game, and turned the xbox off. Wake up the next day, and the console does the routine of a brand new xbox (Factory reset: Account setup, Timezone, and language).

Whatever, hope it didn't delete anything; Setup everything again no hassle, except for a system update that takes 5 minutes or so to download. Didn't think anything of it after. Well, it seems everytime I boot up the xbox, I go through this whole process
again.

Tried looking for probable cause, I am on quick startup, and I didn't leave from the preview program (Was never in it, but who knows, maybe a system failure or something?)

And that's about it. Yeah..... And a response without "Check this or unplug that" would be extra helpful, seeing as this was triggered pretty obscurely, and I already did all of the troubleshooting that could be offered.

Xbox one won't load a disk game just leaves to dsshboard

I fixed after every going I did above, I factory reset the Xbox1 and kept games and apps! I hope this helps someone.

 

TV playback colour

Hi I have just bought and set up my Xbox1 and the TV playback is predominately green. I have tried using the TV menu to solve this but to no avail, I have reset the Xbox to its factory settings and gone through the whole set-up process again all to no avail, I am at a loss. My TV is a Samsung smart TV. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Geoff...

 

UPDATE: Well, started the xbox for the 4th time since the incident, and all is well I guess. Yay.

For anyone else later in time that may also experience this issue, I simply loaded a game and it hard crashed on the game menu, causing the xbox to do a restart (Like holding the power button for a few seconds on the Xbox). I guessed that fixed everything
(That reset has fixed a lot of issues for me, to add, incase any reader of this comes into any other issues. Don't know why it didn't when I did it manually though).
