Xbox1 controller problems

it was very disappointing to find that my xbox1 controllers are not able to maintain continuous connection with the xbox1 even on close range.. I tried all possible trouble shooting including, using more than one controller, replacing the battery unplugging
and re-plugging the system. syncing through the various ways.. nothing work, due to my work I'm located outside the US and when I contacted Microsoft they informed me that I'm outside the launch area.

Very disappointed and very let down by a brand that I furiously defended for years.

any one aware of a way to fix this?

It's already 2014, HOW SOON xbox1 controller will have pc support?

 

Wireless sync button inoperable

my xbox1 wireless controller sync button is inoperable. When I press the sync button the status light on the console doesn’t flash and my wireless controller doesn’t pair.

On my other xbox1 this function works fine with same controller.

Is there a way to Sync the controller to the console thru software or other means that doesn’t require pressing the button.

The Xbox 1 controllers are horrible, is there a way to user my 360 controller with my xbox 1 ?
