    Xbox1 can't buy 360 games or add-ons


    Hello, I live in Australia and have spent 2 days trying to buy an add on for black ops 1 on my XBOX1. When I try and make the purchase it tells me to update my payment options so when I press to do so in the link it and open it with edge or any browser
    it opens my account thinking I am in the U.S and so when I fill out my name, address and phone number then hit continue it says oops that shouldn't happen. In my settings I have visa debit and PayPal as my payment options and they work fine for paying anything
    for Xbox1. If someone could help I would be grateful.

    Hi First try go in Settings > System > Language & Region and See if your console is configured to your Region, Then check your console and your Router, if have some proxy or gateway provide by other region without not be yours

    Same here, I'm always on my 360 more so then my xbox1. Not because theres anything wrong with the 1, it's just that over the summer and winter I kept buying all those sweet deals on live add-ons, half off games, etc plus the games for gold been filling up
    my HD. so I'm trying to play threw them, but man I got hooked on Borderlands 2 again after they were selling add-ons for 1/2 off.

    But I guess that's all good cause there's not much on the xbox1 as of yet for me anyway. Plus there's plenty more 360 games coming out that I realy wanna play like Dark Souls 2 can't wait for that to come out along with South park....

    You saying put the 360 game in Xbox1? I thought other topic said all 360 games in Xbox1 you get a can't read disc message?

    You have the 360 version of BF4 and now you got XBOX1? You need to buy XBOX1 BF4 as well. Only stats carry over from 360 to XBOX1 version. Still need to buy both versions.

    Alot of the older Xbox1 games will work on 360. (the more popular game selections that is)

    What you CAN'T do however is play any of them online because all the xbox1 servers have been killed.
