    Please moderators help I tried removing my console and delete everything except games and apps I can't talk or anything I was unban 3 days ago and still can't talk but I can play doe I was harassment and abuse banned and communication all that is pass i
    dknt have that anymore I checked a lot of time and I wasn't here 6 hours ago which a moderator told me to hard reset how do u do that and if that doesn't work what do i do then

    please try the following steps: (Assuming you know the your account's credentials)

    1. Remove your profile from the Xbox One console
    2. Power cycle your console:
      try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link,

      be sure to wait at least 30 seconds before powering on again:
      http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
    3. Download your profile again.

    if possible could you go to a relative or friend that also have an Xbox One console and download your profile on that console and check if the same thing is happening

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    And yes there is a difference

    Xbox one s is just a xbox one s

    A xbox series s is just xbox series s

    First off, there is no Xbox 2. there is Xbox, Xbox 360 & Xbox One. Xbox One games will not work on the Xbox 360. Games marked Xbox will work on the Xbox 360 only if they are backward compatible, and your Xbox 360 has an official Xbox 360 hard drive installed
