    My xbox one reads the disc when I turn it on at the plug (wall), but when I leave the xbox on standby and play the game for about 5mins it will freeze and not read the disc for about 10mins, I have tried different games, and does the same thing, when I go
    my home page to try and reload the game it won't even load it says "it is taken to long to load" I have tried troubleshooting solutions and still nothing happens, can some one help me out and give me information on how to fix it or should just a new xbox?

    Hi there,



    Have you already tried
    power cycling    ? You may want to try a full
    factory reset     to see if that helps resolve the issue. If that doesn't help, unfortunately you'll want to consider going to the
    Online Service Center to explore having your console repaired or replaced. It may not be ideal, but that is definitely not normal behavior for an Xbox One.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There is no xbox S

    And yes there is a difference

    Xbox one s is just a xbox one s

    A xbox series s is just xbox series s

    First off, there is no Xbox 2. there is Xbox, Xbox 360 & Xbox One. Xbox One games will not work on the Xbox 360. Games marked Xbox will work on the Xbox 360 only if they are backward compatible, and your Xbox 360 has an official Xbox 360 hard drive installed
