    Hey, I've just recently got a new laptop. With it, I put in my date of birth. To my surprise, when I redeemed my "Xbox game pass free trial" I was to learn that my Xbox account was a child account. I'm confused, as my Microsoft account is set to my real birth date. I don't know if this is a lack of communication between the two servers, but I would like to play games such as hitman I, II, and III. If I could have a staff member to update my Xbox account to adult, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anybody knows how to update it, please help me. When I try to update my Xbox account through it's own website/app, it says "Unable to change settings", or redirects me to " https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/browse " logging me out of my Microsoft account altogether. If anybody can, help me with this issue. I want to make use of the free trial without being stuck with games such as "goat simulator". After all, how am I supposed to want to renew the subscription if I can't even use half of the things? I accept all answers, please help me out.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    First off, there is no Xbox 2. there is Xbox, Xbox 360 & Xbox One. Xbox One games will not work on the Xbox 360. Games marked Xbox will work on the Xbox 360 only if they are backward compatible, and your Xbox 360 has an official Xbox 360 hard drive installed
