    I am having trouble with the new Xbox one update and it's not letting me see my notifications when somebody pops on online and it's not letting me see my friends list at all and I need help

    Hey there! You'll want to post this, and anything else preview related, in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx). Also,
    make sure you check the list of known issues (in the forum and in the Preview App) to see if there is a workaround, and if possible, report it via the console.

    In the meantime, restart the console by going to the guide, settings, restart console and see if anything changes.

    If you aren't able to access the forums via that link, post back here and a member of official support can get you access.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There is no xbox S

    And yes there is a difference

    Xbox one s is just a xbox one s

    A xbox series s is just xbox series s

    First off, there is no Xbox 2. there is Xbox, Xbox 360 & Xbox One. Xbox One games will not work on the Xbox 360. Games marked Xbox will work on the Xbox 360 only if they are backward compatible, and your Xbox 360 has an official Xbox 360 hard drive installed
