    hello, I just changed xbox, I got my games, however I can not find my gold subscription that I had with the old console, the new only allows me to take a new subscription, how to recover the old? thank you

    All these predictions for the next gen Xbox even the name and it will be called Xbox 1. Why call it Xbox 1 though it is the third released Xbox not the first. Xbox 720 would have been a better name for it.

    You just have to use the same account under which you have purchased the gold membership. To add your account follow these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select
      Add new.
    3. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select
      Enter.

      Important Make sure that you do not select
      Get a new account      , unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.

      If you’ve forgotten which email address is associated with your Microsoft account, see the

      Lost Account Solution      .
    4. Enter the password for your Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select
      Enter.
    5. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select
      I Accept      .
    6. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox One console.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    First off, there is no Xbox 2. there is Xbox, Xbox 360 & Xbox One. Xbox One games will not work on the Xbox 360. Games marked Xbox will work on the Xbox 360 only if they are backward compatible, and your Xbox 360 has an official Xbox 360 hard drive installed
