    If you mean your son's Xbox account, have him go to
    https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage

    There have him check that under Security Infos there are ONLY emails and phone numbers listed, that belong to your son.

    If there are unknown emails or phone numbers, the hacker might have added his own email and phone number to be able to recover the account, should your son change the password.

    Then have your son change the password of the account. Ideally, have him choose something difficult to guess, but easy to remember. Have him think of a sentence. For example "Xbox is my favourite console! To keep my account secure, I change the password."

    Now take the first letter of the sentence complete with capitalisation and punctuation, and you get a password like this: "Ximfc!Tkmas,Ictp.

    With an easy to remember sentence, you can create a password, that is near impossible to guess.

    Then, if your son owns a smartphone, he should then scroll down on the page and enable Two Step Verification (TSV).

    After TSV has been enabled, they should click and follow the instructions to install the free authenticator app on their phone.

    With TSV and an authenticator app, Xbox Live will then ask for a code whenever your son (or a hacker) signs in from a new/unknown device. And since only the phone can provide the code, the hacker would have to physically steal the phone to get the code and
    hack into your son's account.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There is no xbox S

    And yes there is a difference

    Xbox one s is just a xbox one s

    First off, there is no Xbox 2. there is Xbox, Xbox 360 & Xbox One. Xbox One games will not work on the Xbox 360. Games marked Xbox will work on the Xbox 360 only if they are backward compatible, and your Xbox 360 has an official Xbox 360 hard drive installed
